Do my credits expire?
No. Message credits never expire. Buy once and use them at your own pace — whether that's over a week, a month, or a year. Your credits stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We'll notify you through the dashboard and email when your balance is running low. You can buy more credits anytime from your account — they'll be available instantly. No service interruptions if you top up before hitting zero.
