ConverseIQ ("we", "our", "the Platform") is a conversational AI platform operated by DevBlock Technologies Limited. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

During signup: Business name, email address, and phone number.

During use: Messages between your business and your customers are processed through our AI and stored temporarily for conversation continuity.

Payment: Handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.

2. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication (session tokens). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

3. Data Storage & Infrastructure

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1, KV, R2). We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. No data is sold to advertisers or any other parties.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support at support@converseiq.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
